Sandi Monitors Complaint Service in Two Sub-districts of C. Jakarta

Today, Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno monitored directly complaint service in Gambir and Sawah Besar Sub-districts, Central Jakarta.

From problems at local level such as RPTRA to national level such as train crossing issue

Accompanied by Central Jakarta Mayor, Mangara Pardede; Communication Informatics and Statistic Dept. (Diskominfotik) Head, Dian Ekowati; and Jakarta General Bureau Head, Firmansyah; he found many complaint about various problems.

Senen Sub-district Receives 100 Citizen Complaints

"From problems at local level such as RPTRA to national level such as train crossing issue," he said at Sawah Besar Sub-district Office, Saturday (11/18).

On the first day of complaint service, he wants sub-district head to collect all complaints. When it can't be accomplished at sub-district level, it must be followed up to city level summit meeting.

"Bring the issues to summit meeting at provincial level if it can't be accomplished at city level," he added.

He hopes, various problems could be solved effectively by opening complaint service in sub-district office on every Saturday.
